Edis, the technician, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated the problem with my ductless a/c and heating system, and even called the manufacturer for additional information. He clearly explained the problem to me and provided a written estimate for the work that needs to be done.

I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service I received when I called on a weekend for emergency air conditioning service. I had no prior service contract with M E Flow, but I was treated like a valued customer. Within 15 hours, on a Sunday morning, a technician arrived to fix our air conditioner.
