M. E. Flow is very reliable and definitely service oriented. If you have an emergency, they will come most often on the same day. Their work is impeccable and the technicians very knowledgeable. They are also very friendly and up front with the cost of the work to be done. I highly recommend M. E. Flow.

I have been a customer for 20 + years. Purchased their annual service agreement (for priority service and parts) only to call for repairs and was given an appointment a week later, and no one showed up. I called them, both locally and in FLA. No response. Requested a refund for no service and there was no response. They never showed up as scheduled. After multiple efforts to contact them for a refund, nothing. The business was sold to a FLA company, attempted to contact them, nothing. I left a ****** review and nothing.
ME Flow has always provided me with superior service in the 14 years I've owned my home. From the techs to the office staff, everyone is courteous and gives me great advice. For appointments, the time windows of morning or afternoon are great to plan with, and techs usually get here in the early part of those windows so I don't have to all day in suspense wondering when they will get here.

We’ve been with M E Flow for nearly fifteen years and have always found their service to be highly professional and their prices very competitive. We recently had an HVAC system installed. Been a customer for a long time. I have had only the best outcomes, so only use ME Flow Heating and Air Conditioning. They kept my old system running for ever and didn’t try to take advantage. They send me the same tech upon my request and let’s you know when they are on their way. All the heating, air conditioning and plumber techs that I see are great!
