I have used ME Flow for my HVAC maintenance for many years and have always been very happy with both the technicians and their expertise. Our A/c stopped working and M.E. Flow was able to schedule us quickly. Our technician, Victor, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained to us how to resolve. He installed a new capacitor and documented, with photos, to show us the work he performed. We were highly satisfied and will continue using M.E. Flow in the future.

The guys were fine but they seemed to have to wait around a long time for parts. They were here over 8 hours . Seems like it could have proceeded much quicker had they not had to wait on equipment. also my UV light is not working but it was before they came.

We are sorry for missing the mark! It is always our goal to achieve a 5-star review. Although we make every effort to work efficiently, we have experienced supply chain issues. We work with many distributors and have been fortunate to get the items we need. Coming off a 90-degree weekend was also taxing on items. I do see that we are returning for the UV light. I received very fast service, guidance about my individual system, and piece of mind that the technician handled my issue …without selling me a bunch of things/services I didn’t need.

My heat pump stopped working late on a Friday during the hottest weekend of the year so far. I have a contract and emailed them on Saturday. I got a call Sunday and told them I did not need emergency service and they were here before noon on Monday.
As always, timely, knowledgeable, pleasant and informative technician. Scott has been my technician for years and is always on top of his game.

My technician was very professional yet friendly. He explained everything he was doing to both of my furnaces as well as outdoor units. He took pictures to show me what needed to be done and that was very helpful. I have used M. E. Flow since 2017 when I had my attic furnace replaced and I have a service contract with them since then. Thank you for keeping my furnaces running smoothly.
