I had place an online order 10/26 early afternoon and the package was supposed to be delivered same day to my house. Next day comes around, still no package. Called customer service and they still couldn’t get it delivered today. I was told I either had to pick it up today at Nashville or wait until next day to pick it up at a store nearby.

8/31/2020 They let me complete an online order THEN said the item was unavailable but swiftly charged my card and gave me an non working tracking number. FASTEST SHIPPING EVER OF A NON AVAILABLE PART...NOT...SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. I spent 59 min on hold with customer service, finally hung up. This is not the first time this has happend with ADVANCE AUTO PARTS But it will be the last!

I was refused return of two cans refrigerant and a tool that is used to connect the cans to the car. The tool has a defective design that destroyed the cans and made them useless. Now I am stuck with two useless cans of refrigerant I will have to pay to dispose of, a useless tool, and $40.
I have been an elite customer for a while now. I spend a lot of money with the projects that I have. Their website showed that the parts I needed were unavailable in store even though I went and pulled them off the shelf myself. I had been treated well there before today. I can get a minimum of 20% off if I order online as an elite customer. They had always honored this in store, especially if I had issues online. I broke down on my bike. I walked across the street and encountered a rude manager named *****. Some back ground... in ****** **there is an ordinance to wear a mask. A mask is defined as ' work to cover the nose and mouth' it does not specify it has to be its own article or what articles are safe. We all know if it is not n95 it is not effective. Ordered a part online at this location further from my house than other locations, because the store was showing as having the part in-stock. When I got there, the kid at the desk couldn’t find it and so he cancelled my order, meaning I had driven all that way for nothing. To make things worse, I called the location closest to my house and the man said that the other store did indeed have the part in stock. I purchased it from AutoZone instead and I’ll never shop there again.
I had broke down an hour away I called 2 hours before they closed to verify that they closed at 8 they said yes. I decided to call back because I knew it would close to see if I could pay for the part over the phone. I would call they would pick up and hang up. I got there 10 mins before they closed and they had already counted their draws. There were a couple other people already there also upset about them calling to verify they closed at 8.
