In October 2019, I changed my wiper blades and was sold on an upgrade that came with a rebate. That rebate did not get processed until Dec 27. At the end of January I still had not received the rebate and started inquiring. The previous rebate was canceled and reissued, after yet another month I have not received it. I do not have any trust that the company will be honoring their advertising and marketing ploys.

I went in to get an alternator check only because I had the battery light come on for about a mile and then it went off but, to be on the safe side, I thought I should get it checked. First they said I needed a battery and once I had bought that and installed it, then they said I needed an alternator. I figured I better wait for my mechanic to be open on Monday, who promptly told me nothing was wrong with my alternator. Shame on Advance for cheating an old woman.

***** ****** ** *** ********: WOW! PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING this sad excuse of an auto parts store. They are absolutely AWFUL. You are much better off going to AutoZone or any other knowledgeable business. On Saturday, November 30th I went in at 8:22pm to get a battery replaced on my vehicle. Paid for the battery, and the worker ***** came out to my car to install it, after putting it in.. no start 2,3,4 times. I ordered parts on line and still have not recieved them. The customer care line lied about my order and told me it had to be made before it could be shiped. What I ordered was a Jeep exhust part that I could buy from several different parts places. I chose Advanced because the web site said I would get it with in 3 day. It has now been 7 days and I still have not received anything.

I spoke with the manager on the phone, and asked if they had a battry for my particular vehicle? He stated yes and would install it for me. When I arived the manager took a look at my battry and said he can not install the battry because it reguired a special too that he don't have. I went across the street to another auto parts store where they installed a battry with regular too by removing 4 simple nuts.

I ordered a part off the website and went to pick the part up. The box had the part number and company logo of what I ordered. I opened the box to find a part from a different company with a different part number. The part in the box was way cheaper than what I ordered. The store clerk called the company of the part I ordered and they said sometimes they get different parts and ship them. If i could give them 0 stars i would piss pour customer service and i had a part i needed to order so i could have it the next day and they wouldent even answer the phone i drove to the place and watched them walking by the phone as it rang. ill never go back because when i got to order the part the next day it dident come in when it was supposed to because they dident put it in to there system so it was sitting there the whole time and they dident even know they had it. Lost my business forever. Go orielys.

Rude staff that dont want to help. Allen was the worst with his cussing and putting me down just because I am a woman he would not even get me a refund when I had everything I needed
