Employees that work there are visibly unhappy. This is a management problem and yes, I understand that businesses now are having trouble filling jobs and are hiring anyone they can get. My problem with this store is that the Advance Auto website indicates that a part or product is at this store and you go in expecting to buy it and.......it's not there. No where to be seen. Employees look at you like you are crazy. This has happened twice to me. Last time I asked who is in charge of their website so I can have them address t... read more

I purchased 3 lifetime Ignition coils in February 2021, this week July 2021 one of them died, I bought these far away from my home as the car had broke down after a coil had melted. I returned to my local Advance store to exchange the bad coil to find out without a receipt there was no record of the purchase. None of these stores share information? Who keeps receipts in this digital age? On top of that, the sales rep insisted they don't accept returns on electrical parts anyways, so my luck was out? They insist I travel back... read more

After a couple of "bad" experiences with Advanced Auto, I thought I'd give them another chance and I'm SO glad I did!!! The staff at the ****** ******** **location are FANTASTIC!!!! The teamwork and friendliness presented was such a great experience. They have totally redeemed themselves and I hope the staff keeps it up!!

I went to that store to return some brake pads that i did not need. Right away Ron spots my Patriots shirt and had and had some slick comment about the Pats which i normally welcome but it turned him sour. He said with out a reciept he would not do the return, he said i can take it to another advance store. He also said that he dont know if I stole the brake pads which i think is an aweful thing to assume about a customer. My father went inside Advance Auto Parts at **** * ******* **** ***** ******** ** *****on May 14th 2021. He informed the employee Brian that his battery went out because he was sitting in his car listening to music. The employee came out with a booster and placed the cable on the vehicle the wrong way, which caused a spark. My father was in the car starting the car, as the agent connected the battery charger. After seeing the spark, my father ran out the car to notice that the employee placed the cables wrong on his batterie... read more

If i could give 0 stars i would...the store on ****** ****** **** **** **** ***** **has the most rude people ever working there.i purchased a back seat car cover save a Bluetooth connector, and a few other things.well the seat cover didn't fit and the Bluetooth connector doesn't work..i didn't even leave the parking lot...i went in and was told by hernan i couldn't do any returns the ice don't too many by three computer system they use.. This review is for a store not on BBB site **** *********** **** ***** ***** *****, I purchase a Hatachi mass air flow sensor maf0034, this item I find is not on AC delco site on parts cross reference, I had Dealership program Powertrain Control Module after a check I was advised by dealership to cross reference part number on AC delco to see if it is recommended, sales person asked did I have part checked before installing, no , store can not recognized warranty. I was advised to use machine to check before I install. The i... read more

The online order experience is horrible. They charged me for my parts then passed them off to roadie or door dash for delivery, they’re not sure.told me it was a weird situation and they’d have to file a claim with the company before my funds were returned. How is it the customers fault that their third party delivery service messed up? My business was with Advanced Auto not a second tier delivery outfit run by kids from the short bus. Never will I order again from this third rate company.
