About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. Food was awesome, would eat there again. The sauces were well seasoned. Meat was juicy and so delicious. Beef ribs cooked to perfection very moist.
Went for lunch on Friday and as always the service and food was excellent. Only wish I could order ahead of time bc line is sometimes long cutting into my lunch but other than that I'll be back👍🏼😊
Best bbq in Oregon that's for sure! The brisket is so tasty as well as the pulled pork! Must try!

The BBQ food was delicious! I would not recommend the desserts, we were excited to try the vanilla bean cheesecake with strawberries but it was rock hard frozen, I went and gave it back because it was impossible to eat and the employee said "yeah I don't know why we have this, we don't sell it" then we tried a cupcake and it was dry and old, I would recommend not advertising for great desserts if they aren't fresh or good. Stick with the BBQ it was good!
This place deserves nothing but 5 stars! Best BBQ around. I recently moved here from Texas and needed some REAL BBQ! They ALWAYS serve the best food. One of my favorite spots in Salem�
Really good salmon burger and pulled pork sandwich! Garlic mashers... not so good. Not much flavor. Sweet tea not so sweet. Nice atmosphere tho.
