About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. Very old dried food. Took my son here for lunch and his ribs he couldn’t eat so dry and hard. The muffins I got where very dry and cold. We where able to replace his ribs for a pulled pork sandwich. But the food just seemed warmed up in a microwave. Dissatisfied for sure and won’t be returning.

I adore this restaurant, love their food. however, we just tried to have lunch there. Their system wouldn't accept our visa gift card that had a 30$ balance on it. we were offered no solution, other than to leave. we went else where and it worked fine. Not the best customer service.
Ate a pork barbecue sandwich and red potato salad last night. The staff and the food was awesome! I especially liked the toasted bread.

Everything is yummy! I love the sandwiches and the hubs loves the ribs and pulled pork!
