We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. I ordered 1/2 rack beef and 1/2 rack pork ribs, order of Tri-tip dinner and 2 orders of pulled pork sandwiches. So, so , so disappointed. All of the meat was so dry. It was obviously reconstituted from at least a day ago. The beef ribs are uneatable. The worst BBQ I have ever had. The sides have ZERO flavor. All of the sauce had no flavor, no concept and is damped to fit the senior community. Big let down. $115 dollars!! So, so, so disappointing.

Totally delicious. We had BBQ beef ribs (spicy) for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a fantastic choice, and may well be our new holiday tradition. Great sauce, tender meat, affordable and great fun.
We used Adam’s Rib catering for our wedding and were absolutely thrilled with the service we were provided. We used a family style service, and they did not disappoint. It really made our wedding that much classier and the guests loved that they were served rather than having to get up and get their own food. Delicious and Tender Tri tip and BBQ sauces , I love the original and mild and Kentucky bourbon all together! and those hush puppies are my favorite! Not a fan of the rice and beans because the rice the last 4 times I ordered, has uncooked rice. Great flavor but can't eat it
My wife decided to get Adams since dinner was getting too late to make. And man was it a bad decision. Probably the worst bbq food I’ve gotten in salem. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again. The only thing good was the beans. Sad.
Great and easy atmosphere. Great service. Great BBQ. Will definitely return.
