First time here, I loved the pulled pork and the hand cut fries. Great sauces.
Great service and the foods even better so get in and ask for some pork ribs and pumpkin BBQ sauce it's the best... tell them Mr.Pimpmytattoo sent you...
Horrible food!! Had 8 people in our party and every persons entree was super dry and really tough, with no flavor.

Always a great menu at Adam's Rib, we're particlarly fond of their smoked brisket and grilled vegetables, goes well with a craft beer from the great variety they have on tap...good desserts too!
I absolutely love Adam's Ribs Smoke House. There Tri-Tip sandwich is my favorite. I buy a couple every year when they come to the state fair.
Brisket was like old rope, beans not done, ribs tough and smoke flavor overwhelmed the meat.
For the average Joe it is ok. If you are a southerner or bbq nut you will be disappointed. Ribs were a little tough and dont be surprised when your brisket looks like pulled pork.
Just had Adams cater my daughter's wedding at Silver Falls State Park yesterday. Living outside of the area, I made all arrangements via email and phone and it was seamless! The owners are amazing, genuine and did a fantastic job. Everything was exactly as ordered. Thank you!!!!
