About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. One of the better BBQ I have eaten in a long time. The owner even came to our table and said hi. Eat here and you will leave full and happy.
We used them for Catering for our Company Thank you lunch, They came and delivered with all we would need (Utensils, Plates, serving spoons everything down to the last detail, Ever the wet napkins! They were wonderful and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Huge portions, tender, melts in your mouth meat and, tasty desserts. I’ll recommend eating here to anyone looking for bbq in the Salem area.
The food is always top notch, lost one star for the uncomfortable seating . . . Great for take out though!
