improve the sides, we had the mashed potato and macaroni and cheese both were like boxed prepared no thank you!

One of the better BBQ I have eaten in a long time. The owner even came to our table and said hi. Eat here and you will leave full and happy.
We used them for Catering for our Company Thank you lunch, They came and delivered with all we would need (Utensils, Plates, serving spoons everything down to the last detail, Ever the wet napkins! They were wonderful and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Huge portions, tender, melts in your mouth meat and, tasty desserts. I’ll recommend eating here to anyone looking for bbq in the Salem area.
The food is always top notch, lost one star for the uncomfortable seating . . . Great for take out though!
