About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. Great food great folks! Honestly a great place to eat...
first time with friends and family at Adam's Rib Smoke House ! Good quality food ! I regret the fact I could not drink a beer ( I had to drive back to Portland ) ! Anyway all the guys working there are awesome !
Not tasty and I felt sick afterwards. Mac n cheese tasted like powdered Mac n cheese
If that's the best bbq in town...I'm sorry few of the sauces were good tasting but the meats were dry and not good
The absolute BEST cheeseburger I have ever had in my entire life! The fries were were RIDICULOUSLY good! They tasted like homemade fries, they are SO delicious. The staff were so great, and helpful too. Definitely recommending this place to my friends.
