About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. The ribs are sooooooo good!!!
The bbq was mediocre at best. Defiantly didn’t live up to the hype in my opinion. Was served bad strawberries in my strawberry lemonade that just made the trip a disappointment.
We love Adam’s Ribs for bbq ribs and sides!! Their pulled pork and chicken is great too. Perfect for a night when you don’t want to cook!! I highly recommend!
pulled brisket was burnt and dry, think they tried to wash it off and put more sauce on it, didn't work. Chewey tried to, ribs? Maybe keizer location is better. Don't take my word for it. just a heads up.
Food is great and the service is fantastic!
The ribs were dry and way over seasoned with what I'm thinking was paprika. Had an extremely blah finish because of that and I had to cover it in barbecue sauce, which wasn't bad at all. The chicken wasn't dry but that was just because it was undercooked. The brisket was fair. I HATE BEING FORCED TO LISTEN TO CHRISTIAN MUSIC.
great food great service by far one of the best true BBQ places I have ever been so many options from burgers to smoked salmon
Love their environment, and the Christian music playing , Husband loved his ribs 😍 so did I hahahaha Definitely Recommend it!
