About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. Had a two meat combo with pork and brisket. I've never had pulled brisket before and I enjoyed it. The house BBQ sauces are great. Great atmosphere at the North store. My wife loved the catfish.
Super friendly staff at both locations. Dine and catering are both exceptional quality, and quantity!

Great food at a great price. Kids meal comes in a box shaped like a car! The state street location does have burgers
I enjoy the food, no doubt. I do not care for the poor customer service that I witnessed today. Horrible, horrible treatment of a customer. Shame on you. I will never be back. Do unto others as you would have done unto you ~ walk your talk.
Kinda spendy, but it worth it. The bacon cheese burger was the bomb, so we're the ribs, oh and I love all the different flavors of BBQ sauce they have to offer.
