About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. I love Adam's! Their beef brisket sandwich and hush puppies are my favorite. I think the staff and owners are nice. Back in April I really wanted BBQ for my birthday. I contacted the owner and asked when would be a good time to take 7 people and a baby in for dinner at the new location or if it would be better to order to go. They offered to reserve a table for us. We got there and they did save a table for my group. I was thrilled that they did that. Thank you Adam's for wonderful food and great service.
This place is ok but never seems to total satisfy my thirst for killer BBQ in the Salem area
Amazing ribs!! We always get the St. Louis rack because it is delicious. Lol can't wait to try other stuff.
To the sad reviewer below. If I have any issues at an establishment I'll seek a resolution during that visit. It may be followed up later over the phone or via e-mail. Leaving reviews like the one below does not help potential patrons or staff. Next time look for resolve in person or over the phone before you blast somebody online. Give managment or the owners a chance to make things right. To boot your review and replies come off as pretty half witted
Amazing food tri-tip sandwich was so delicious and the owner was so friendly. Absolutely recommended and will be going back soon. Yummy

My husband and I came in for our 15th anniversary dinner.. the atmosphere is amazing, as well as the food.. if your looking for down home bbq definitely check this place out.. I know my husband and I will be back..
Came here for the first time the other day and it was AMAZING. the food was some of the best I've had and I am so glad we tried it. We live down the street and will definitely come back often!
I love this place! the briskets, the cookies, the sweet potato french fries, and everything else ive had have all been amazing. definitly my favorite place to eat with friends!
