About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides.
