About this business
We started out in a food concessions trailer at The Salem Saturday Market in 1998. Soon, our popular house-smoked meats outgrew that space, and we opened up Adam's Rib Smokehouse in 2003. Since opening those doors, locals haven't been able to get enough of our low-and-slow-smoked beef and pork ribs and homemade sides. We had our first visit to Salem this weekend and your BBQ was highly recommended. I wasn't sure we were in the right place, GPS took me in the back alley way. The food was AMAZING! I had the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. Which was prepared very well. The fries were crispy and the pork was not greasy. My son had the bacon cheeseburger. He said it had lots of flavor, his fries unfortunately were over cooked. Not a huge deal though. We look forward to coming back for more BBQ!
We had the smoked prime rib. As with everything Adams Ribs serves, it was amazing
