Easy and very fair Dealt with sales manager, Allen Lim. He made the whole transaction very easy and user friendly. Even returning calls and emails from home on his day off. Job well done....will recommend to anyone looking for an Acura.

Great service I've owned my MDX for a little over a year. I've had it serviced twice. Both experiences have been smooth and refreshing. From making the appointment, checking in, getting a loaner and then the updates on the status of the service, were nothing but professional and courteous. I've owned many cars over the years. My wife felt pressured and taken advantage of. Extremely disappointed with your service department. My wife brought her Acura in for service, it intermittently would not start. We were told it was the starter and would cost $989. You also said she needed lower ball joints at $933 and an alignment at $130 and a right fog light assembly at $512. You even tried to sell her a headlight restoration at $150. I told my wife to hold off on all repairs because it didn't smell right especially after the last time my wife brought her c... read more

Dealership personnel make a huge difference. Our 12 year experience with the dealership was a major factor in our most recent vehicle transaction. This includes sales consultant Steve Ashe, GSM Zach Fier and finance peson Vanessa. Richards. Our satisfaction with the dealership also extends to the service department, particularly Ben and Holly.

Great Experince I’ll make this real simple, if you want to get a new Acura go see Stephen Ashe. This guy gets it. Sure he knows the cars, but more importantly he knows how to connect with his clients. His personality and professionalism was such a departure from what you usually experience at a car dealership.
