Holly has been my service advisor for a few years and always delivers exceptional performance with her work. Very quick to inform me throughout the process as well as answer any questions I have. I cannot speak highly enough of her!

Great Sales Person and Dealer experience I have purchased many vehicles for my self and assisting relatives over a 35-40 year period. I have purchased from GM, Volvo and most recently a local Honda dealership. Purchasing a car can be an undesirable experience that many do not look forward to doing. Annual Inspection At this time, I visited AoP for annual inspection. Jennifer, a customer representative, was extremely pleasant and friendly just like many other at AoP. I also got to meet my "Complicated Diagnostic Expert" Steven, as he noticed my car in the shop and came to the waiting room to say hi. I have been using AoP for almost 6 years now and am not going anywhere else as long as AoP keeps up with their high customer service standards.

Very gret service...I have my Service writer on speed dial.. Service light popped on...called the dealer asked for Holly she had me come right in. We reviewed what had historically had been done on the maintenance side to avoid duplications. Oil change and tranfercase flush and on my way....this happened the day before a road trip to Southern New England...so the Gods of Acura smiled and it was good. I love Acura because of the reliability.....I intend to drive this vehicle for 300k plus miles. Thanks Acura of Peabody!
