Dream come true I have had a long history with Acura of Peabody. But in the end the customer service was excellent and very much appreciated. They wanted me to be happy and feel safe with what i was driving. Ben and Norm came through for me. And i greatly appreciate the customer service. They really cared about making me happy with the car that i was buying from them. In the end i walked out with a great car and no problems. TL Service and Maintenance I have a 2007 TL. As usual, service was prompt, courteous and friendly. Holly is great, stays on top of my service until my car is ready and keeps me well- informed of progress. I always feel well taken care of.

Service was fair and prompt. Loaner car allowed a ride home and a chance to see what’s new and at not charge. It’s a good idea to make the experience easy as they do because it impacts new car buying decisions.

Great Service Steven was such an amazing salesperson and did not pressure me at all. He was straightforward and honest about everything. Him and Zack provided me a great deal on my car as well as a fair trade-in. Definitely a wonderful car-buying experience.

oil change, other minor maintenance excellent. I was there when the service department opened, and was greeted immediately. The service was reviewed before any work was done, and then done promptly.

As a recent college graduate I was looking for a reliable car to get me to and from my first professional job. Sales rep Mark was awesome and extremely helpful! I ended up leasing a 2020 RDX that I absolutely love. 10/10 recommend Acura Peabody!

Service Department We have a 2005 MDX, that went in for service due to a radiator issue. Our service representative is Holly. As usual, she was efficient, positive, pleasant, and maintained superb communication. We have another make car, with an abysmal track record on service, so we truly appreciate the high end service that we consistently receive at Acura. Honestly, I would buy a car here based on the long history of outstanding service that we receive. Thank you to Holly and the service department at Acura of Peabody.

What you expect from Luxury Car Dealer Always on time and always responsive to my concerns. Estimate of 50 minutes for Accelerated service was met and my comment that the price for oil 7 filter seemed high was net with a discount.
