Exceptional Dealership I just leased my second Acura TLX in 3 years. Steve Ashe made the transaction smooth and his follow up was exceptional. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend Steven and this dealership. I give them both 6 stars (off the chart)!

I scheduled an appointment to get brakes on my RDX replaced. Service Team quickly came over to greet me as well as begin processing car for service. Holy went over in detail the service required as well as addressed any questions that surfaced. During service they noticed another issue that needed attention which they resolved as well. The car continue to run fine.

I just bought a certified MDX a couple days ago. Jerry was super friendly with my family and me. We felt so comfortable with him because he put no pressure on us. He spent a lot time to help us to choose a car we really like. Without his great personality and assistance, we wouldn’t buy a car yet. The whole experience was great! I had an appointment and they took me as soon as I got there. They offered me a loaner or the option to wait there. While waiting I had a private office to get work done with coffee and muffins. They also washed and vacuumed my car.

Rick provided me with excellent communication in regards to the service Patrick Quinn performed on our RDX. As a former employee and now a customer I have always known Acura prides themselves on their customers satisfaction. The technician diagnosed a vibration that was occurring between 30-70 MPH, we were told by the Dealership we purchased the vehicle at it was a tire vibration. Needed a fast oil change Last Wednesday, after seeing that I needed an oil change before a 500 mile weekend trip, I called Acura of Peabody on Thursday morning. By the time I got to the dealership, there were 2 cars ahead of mine. After about an hour and a half, I had to leave and, looking into the service bay, saw my car. I assumed that they had yet to service it and told them I couldn't wait any longer. "No, no...that's your car and it's all done". I was very appreciative to say the least.
