2012 RDX Turbo - 115K miles and still rockin' Thanks to the professional and knowledgeable service at Acura of Peabody, I got engine leak solved quickly and back on the road. 1985 Acura RL 180,000+ Miles -Great Car We love our '05 Acura RL - it's a great car and we keep the RL maintained at Acura of Peabody to be sure that Acura standards of performance are maintained. Ben Kamerman is a great Service Rep to work with and the "pit crew" has kept our RL is top working condition. The Acura Service keeps our car in top dependable condition. Excellent experience with both leasing and service. Just leased my third MDX from Acura of Peabody, dealing with both Steven Ashe and Allen Lim all three times. Working with both gentlemen made the process stressless. I was treated fairly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. Kudos to Ben It is always unfortunate to have to bring your car in for repairs but it happens. The Service Coordinator Ben has always been exceptionally pleasant, informative and very helpful in any of my visits. Very happy with my recent visit (all visits actually). Always greeted upon entering, it is a nice atmosphere. Had a few minor things done (oil change and inspection sticker) and a few items were mentioned, but no pressure to deal with them immediately, just noted. Ben was great about keeping me updated and making thing simple and easy, which isn’t always the case in the auto industry.
