I brought my car in after a complete failure while driving on the highway and was told by Tim that there was nothing wrong with it because it was currently running and that it was probably just because “of the way I drive”, being a female driver. A month later it did it again and they found that the transmission control needed to be replaced. When I picked it up, my car was driving very rough. Be aware, I bought a used car from Key Auto Acura, and it had 17,500 miles on it. They bought it from auction, and it came to them with noted damage to the right front tire, I was told they replaced just the tire, and the rim was noted to be scratched. The steering was off, but they felt it was a result of the new tire. Fast forward 5 weeks after buying the car, and it was found that the tire had a lead, when I took it to a local tire shop, it was found that there was considerable damage underneath, and the rim was cracked. ... read more

I am very pleased with the service I received from Crown Acura of Clearwater. Duwaun the sales rep was a no pressure sales guy and me being in sales I was all over it. He reached out set appointment we walked the lot, went for a test drive never once pushy. He treated me like a friend being a single female I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. Bought a used car from them on February 10 Since then they have failed to comply with pledge of programming keyless entry, have had to change back brakes, ac only works intermittently leading me to discover that splash shields had been remover along with ambient temp sensor which controls the ac. IMO this vehicle was not thoroughly inspected as I was told it was

GO TO PRIME ACURA!!!!!!!!! If only I could give this dealership 0 or even negative stars I would! Where do I start? This by far is the WORST Acura dealership in the New England region. I recommend you DO NOT shop here for a car! They are rude and customer service is definitely something they know NOTHING about.
