Outstanding service! I believed there was an issue with my Acura while I was in Columbus and contacted the service dept asking if they could take a look despite not having an appt since I was a distance from home. They graciously agreed, assessed its operation, and even took the time to walk me through a feature that I misinterpretted as a transmission issue. Outstanding!
