Steve was the best! He got us a great deal, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood the car before taking it out on a test drive. I enjoyed every minute working with Steve in getting my car. Super personal and a great personality. Overall, he really took care of us and that is what really matters.

Stellar Service Department - very client focused. I have all my service and maintenance taken care of at Acura of Peabody. Holly and her counterparts in service are always: helpful, knowledgeable, patient and don't try to over-sell you on repairs can wait for a future visit. I fully expect to put many more miles on my Acura with the help of Acura of Peabody's service department. Made an appointment for oil change to find out appointments can be made but are not honored. I made the appointment especially as my time is extremely limited. Was told “yes we take online appointments but it is first come first serve”. Also, I had a 10% off coupon For service. When I presented at cash out, I was told oh I can’t do that you would half to have them redo all of the paperwork. Which I didn’t have time for, nor did the coupon say you had to present upon check in. Whole thing was an irritation. Only good thing wa... read more

Great experience again! I called a few dealers to have my ODMD touch screen replaced due to a crack. Acura of Peabody was the only one giving an estimate! Overall, it was the best experience again. I highly recommend it.

Every member of the staff here is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and patient...especially Steve Ash , Will and Allen. This the second car I have leased from this dealership and couldn’t be more satisfied. I referred a family member who also bought an RDX.
