Fantastic Service From the very beginning when I called for service and my problem was relayed to Holly I knew I was in good hands. Acura of Peabody is where I purchased my 2012 TSX Wagon when I lived in the area. Because the service is so knowledgeable and prompt and courteous I continue to travel to this dealer even though I have moved and they are about 30 miles away. Suprised they dont charge for the water in the waiting room They are so overpriced. I went to get an oil change and asked about they rotating my tires $29.99 ridiculous every other place I go does it for free. The second issue I had an engine light come on asked them to check this they want $149.99 to do this are they joking? I went to auto zone and they do this for free. Do not trust anything these people say and they are nothing but a rip off stay away find a local mechanic.

Organized and efficient. Cody was efficient and helpful during my brief visit for an accelerated oil change. There were a couple of Other minor items he suggested. I was in and out with a freshly washed vehicle in under an hr.

Excellent Service Eduardo was my service consultant , I came in for an oil change and that the left front tire was losing air.. He said the service code indicated that the car needed the rear differential fluid changed. I told that the oil level waring and came on and he said they were problems with Acura's oil consumption and that Acura had extended the warranty to 125k miles. While waiting for the vehicle he informed me that the tire lost air due to a bad valve sensor. I had the repairs done all within the two hour time fr... read more

Expedited service for basic maintenance. They are helpful, polite and answered my questions. Coupons for basic maintenance miraculously appear via email at just the right intervals. In addition to maintenance they can offer advice on pricing for other repairs and upgrades unlike your typical lubritoriun that will not know anything specific about your particular model Acura. They have never tried to upsell me something I don’t need and they honor their warranties.

On Time / Exceeded Expectations As usual, the service at Acura of Peabody was outstanding...on time completion of the work and exceeded expectations. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Ben Kamerman, who always goes the extra mile to make sure I understand what's being done to my car and keeps me updated on status. I've owned (and had service with) other luxury brands before...the overall service experience at Acura of Peabody has been the best.
