They do good work on the car, and communication is excellent. The service department is very professional. The only complaint I have is they charge a 3% premium if you pay via credit card, which I feel is unbecoming of a high end car dealer.

We purchased our car at Elite Acura and brought it for the first routine maintenance service. We made an appointment via Elite Acura online portal, and it was simple and quick. From the time I dropped off the car, the waiting phase in the waiting area, and making the payment, every step was made to be quite convenient and pleasant. We will bring our car again for service in the future.
