Extreme disappointment I recently leased a new Acura TLX with every possible option, and am regretting this car and dealing with the sales rep. During the test drive I commented on how I did not like the fact that the engine stops running when you come to a full stop, even for fractions of a second. He told me that if I leave the driving mode in SPORT or SPORT Plus that it would not do that, and since my intentions were to use the SPORt mode ,I proceeded with the deal. He was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, he was proactive, was always looking to make the transaction easy, as well as very thorough on the day of the final pick-up. Acura Of Peabody I had a great experience at Acura of Peabody and I am very pleased with my certified per-owned Acura TLX. I would recommend this dealership to others. The staff was great but I primarily worked with Jimmy Mazzarini and he made the whole experience easy and hassle-free. Vanessa Richards also was great to work with. She got me a better rate than any of my personal banks and also got me money back on my old extended warranty from my previous car.

Great Experience From start to finish a great experience dealing with the entire Acura of Peabody staff. We worked primarily with Steven Ashe and he was extremely professional and responsive. Steven introduced us to the key individuals within the dealership and made us feel very comfortable. We began our search for a certified Acura, but unfortunately, couldn't find a match. Instead of getting frustrated, Steven listened and we came to a decision on looking at a new Acura. the dealership found the vehicle that we preferred.

best experience ever at a dealership I worked with Steven Ashe at Acura Peabody and he was fantastic. No pressure and he showed me every aspect of the MDX. First Acura In Feb 2018 decided to look at replacing my current leased Toyota Highlander with another similarly sized SUV. I stopped into the dealership deciding I would test drive an Acura.
