Great experience from Steven Ashe Steven Ashe was professional, friendly and very imformative. We bought out first Acura yesterday and the service and professional, yet friendly, atmosphere was overwhelming. We had travelled 1 1/2 hours from the South Shore to pick up our car. Friendly, patient and helpful dealer I went into the dealership looking for a specific car, Steven Ashe helped me find the car I wanted and took us on a test drive all around the area, very long so I got a good feel for the car. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. I ended up getting the car for a very good price and am very pleased with the car. Steven did a great job at helping us.

Easy breezy Dave made this purchase easy and quick. Never felt pressure, negotiations were heard; and follow up was prompt. Dave worked with my needs, questions and timeline (i work nights!) would highly recommend Dave and his team for car sales!
Certified MDX-Many Issues Sales rep Jerry was one of the best I’ve worked with and a big reason I purchased from them. In my opinion, they did not complete the certified preowned inspection- I’ve been back 4 separate times for work on items within the first 4 months. First day driving home high beams wouldn’t work (required for the sticker that they put on the car, so clearly didn’t check this, unless you believe the odds it stopped working between the sticker and sunset 1 hr later). Overall a good buying experience Q. Alexander The atmosphere was very nice and attentive. Steven was very friendly, energetic, informative and had a great sense of humor. My wife and I never felt rushed to buy. Steven was very patient as we made our decision. I came in looking for a specific car and he immediately found that car and took us for a test drive. He helped make the buying process go smoothly.

Very accommodating, friendly and informative Acura of Peabody is very customer orientated. They make sure the customer comes first. If maintenance is being performed they have always had a loaner car available. The respect you receive form the parts reps, cashier, service reps, sales and management is always at a high level. The most pleasant car purchasing experience. I first contacted the dealership via internet when I found a previously owned vehicle that fit my rather stringent requirements. I was contacted as soon as the dealership opened and when I got there, a 30 mile drive, I felt welcomed and unrushed. There was no pressure, just courteous attention. No haggling, just a fair price. Bothe Steven Ashe and Wil DeMarco were professional and courteous, as were all other members of the dealership.
