Eugene was excellent with customer interface and follow through during the whole process. I drove 230 miles from Vermont to have my high mileage 2019 RDX serviced and it was worth it.

Bill and Frankie were a pleasure to work with. Bill was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel any pressure and we agreed on a fair deal. I do not recommend going to this dealership to service your vehicle. I called and emailed to inquire about the cost to order and to install OEM parts onto my TLX and was connected with Bill Martinsen. His responses were days slow, unprofessional, and was unwilling to work with you. It took several days for him to respond to straightforward questions, and eventually, he stopped responding altogether.

Very simple process. Salesman wasn’t pushy at all. Everything was straight forward and clear. Getting license plates the day of purchase was also nice.
