Fantastic experience and excellent attention to detail My husband and I have worked with Jim for the purchase of our last three vehicles. Two were certified pre-owned and one was a leased vehicle. He took particular attention to our needs when looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Our most recent purchase was an RDX. Spilled oil over my engine I went in for oil change only, and ended up spending $525. I supposedly needed several filters and fluids changes etc. what I didn't need but got anyway was the mechanic spilling the oil all over my engine block. I was told of the issue whee I waited to pick up my car but was promised all was fine, they used some liquid (not water I'm told) to clean the oil. excellent experience again at Acura of Peabody Steven Ashe helped me to find my ideal car within my price range. He was personable and pleasant with no pressure at all. Once I purchased my car he showed me how to use all of its features and even preset all of the radio stations so I could enjoy my stereo system on the ride home. He called to check on things a couple of days later as well. I will go to him in the future and will recommend that my friends and family do the same. Thank you Steven!

2014 Acura TL Purchase Very pleased....Acura of Peabody seems to have higher standards than most for their CPO inventory. Our salesman took us for a very thorough test drive tat brought out the qualities of the car. He even took time on his day off to have my wife try the car. Negotiations were fair and painless. There is some follow up work required after we noted a small dent in the roof but we are confident it will be taken care of. We did not notice it initially due to falling rain.

Extraordinary dealership Every person we encountered here was kind, polite & easy to work with! Great customer service I have been a customer of Acura of Peabody since 1990 when I leased my first Acura, a Legend. Since then I have purchased seven more vehicles from them. First of all Acura is a great product. They are very comfortable, safe and reliable. The service department is the reason that I continue to do business with them. And the buying experience is low key, and pleasant experience.
