I waited almost 2 years to get a recall taken care of. When I called this time, Danielle called me back a few hours later and scheduled my appointment for 1 week. I dropped my car off 10 am Tuesday and she called me that afternoon with an update. I was able to pick it up the next morning. I appreciate the communication and quick work.

Elite is a fantastic dealership to work with! They were clear and concise when explaining the recalls on my vehicle and went above and beyond by performing a full inspection to identify any additional needs. I ended up getting a brake job done during the visit, and the difference in how my SUV drives is incredible—in the best way possible. I really struggled with working in my recalls due to scheduling, living too far away, no loaners, etc I just kept putting them off letter after letter! When I received an email from local Gunn service department personnel that a loaner was available and detailing what I needed, I responded right away and was contacted immediately for an appointment within the week!
