Scheduled Maintenance I brought my car in for regular, scheduled maintenance and again, I was very pleased with the whole experience- from the scheduling of the appointment, checking in and speaking with my service advisor. Rick O. Is very professional but yet he also has an engaging personality. The car was washed and I received a new key fob battery before I was sent on my way. I would recommend Acura of Peabody and Rick O. For the servicing of your Acura!

The best Excellent service in a clean relaxing waiting area. Everyone is super friendly while Ben and Holly are the best. Car is serviced in a timely manner and everything is explained. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Great sales and great service. Had the pleasure of meeting with Zack F and Steve Ash. I purchased a great vehicle that was in my budget. Needed a part replaced. Cody G ordered the part had me in for service with a loaner car. It was a great experience sales and service.

Diagnosed Check Engine problem As always Holly O'Connor was friendly, clear and helpful. Service diagnosed my Check Engine problem and it turned out to be weak voltage from an old battery. Battery was replaced and everything is working perfectly.

Overall pleased with repair but. Second time in for service due to electrical problems. They were both resolved but it seems like a trial and error process to determine the root cause racking up labor hours. I'm not a mechanic and this may seem unfair but I had the impression that the OBD port should quickly point to the issue. Car is always returned washed and clean when serviced but this time the driver's seat was soiled and grimy which transferred to my clothes, I had to scrub the seat and door panel to remove the dirt an... read more

Takata airbag recall Because of the potential danger of Takata airbags, my car had been recalled to have the passenger side airbag replaced. I had to go to an Acura dealership in order to have the work done, and the Peabody service shop was the closest Acura dealer to me. I hope the work was done well; the car interior looked the same as when I brought it in, so at a minimum, they put it back together seemingly right. :-)

Peabody Acura- 5-Star Rating again. Peabody Acura Service is well deserving of a five-star rating. I had a non-scheduled oil change, tire rotation, car-wash and vacuum. I arrived at 7:am and was finished by 7:45. The Customer service before, during and after deserves an additional 5-star rating
