Routine maintenance Stopped in out of the blue at 3:15 on Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. They took me and got out within an hour. Good experience!

Service visit Great customer experience. Everything was explained very well and the service advisor did not "push" the upsells - just mentioned they were available. Fantastic waiting area where I was able to work on the road. One very small critique - if you mention and advertise you will vacuum the car, please be sure to complete it, or don't advertise it. Highly recommend this dealership for service. fantastic experience every time.

Beyond happy I came to Acura of Peabody because I saw an Acura commercial that used a Rolling Stones song in it. I love Mick Jagger so I figured I would like the car. I know this is a foolish way to pick a car but their Marketing worked. I may love my new car as much as I love The Rolling Stones (that is a lot of love). I am beyond grateful that I got to work with Steven Ashe through the car buying process. My father bought a truck from Steven many years ago so I knew I was in good hands going into the car buying experience.... read more

Awesome, customer oriented Service department Been with Acura of Peabody for 15+ years ,, the car(s) speaks for itself, but it's the Service Department which puts things over the edge. I've had a number of Service Managers over the years, with Ben being my latest, and he is great ,,, very customer oriented, communicative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the dealership and Service department

Still the Best Dealership Around Brought my new Acura RDX (our 2nd one!) in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon about 1 1/2 hours before close, and without hesitation they took care of me. Had no idea that it needed an inspection sticker, but they did! Gotta love it! Zack, Jerry and the service team are awesome!

Service is great..see Holly for an honest assessment I have all my maintenance performed by Acura of Peabody. They are always quick efficient great customer care. And they arw conveniently located. Holly is my go to person in service. Recommends all of the mechanics recommendations without pushing for a laundry list of unnecessary maintenance repairs...a super reliable brand with a few more perks than Honda.

Fixed my air conditioning One side of my car was not blowing cold air. I had a 2:00 appointment with Holly at the Acura in Peabody. She was right on time and I was out with my loaner car at 2:15. They fixed it that day and it's working great. Great experience.
