My parents spent over $10K trying to fix a liver shunt in their 6 year old dog. Long story short, their dog died two weeks ago today and NOBODY even bothered to send a condolence letter or call my mom and dad. Total shame. I will NEVER send ANY of my friends or co-workers to this place. -Especially to Dr. Annie Lo.

Nice staff but they are very expensive the medicine is cheaper online
I took my Cavalier KCS to see Dr. Sarah Zimmerman. She was great, however their policy to get prescription refills is horrible. I've been calling both the Culver City office and Torrance office for two weeks and have only been able to leave a message for Dr. Zimmerman because she is the only one able to ok a refill. I should have gotten a written script when I was there since it's a 50 mile trip one way for me. Now my dog is out of her heart meds. My dog's life is at stake. They should have a better policy.

They took care of my Lala and me also. A little pricey but when you family is hurting it doesn't matter
