This place is without a doubt the best veterinarian hospital. I only have experience with the exotic department. I have two giant rabbits (we call the muppets) and one of them needed surgery to remove a mass. They took care of her as if she was their own fur baby! The staff is personable, informative, and take an incredible about of time to answer every question and keep you up to date. They go out of their way to comfort the pet parents and the pets. Our cat Sophie is there in the new Torrance location right now after being hit by a car and had to endure major surgery to remove her back right leg. The doctors have been nothing short of amazing! Dr. Kim Sophie's surgeon not only put her back together but has been patient and informative with us. The vets have consoled and informed us every time we call to check in with them... at all times of the day. We are so lucky to have found them when we needed them to treat Sophie!! Thanks Access!!
This place is horrible, under staffed and overall a disaster. I've been here for hours and hours and my poor dog has not been tended too. Do not come here. Only ONE vet.
Very nice place.staff were so knowledgeable. Was expensive.but it was an emergency facility Totally recomend this place
Thank you for showing so much compassion when we brought our hamster Butterball and had to unfortunately put her to sleep. Thank you to the doctor that helped last night 5/15/17 and gave me paw and nose prints of my baby Butterball
