There is a wait but everyone was very sweet when u walking in and crying with an injured cat. Everyone was very helpful and made you feel at ease11
Great staff at the E.R. We went to the one by Culver City for our little one and they helped us out , she got intoxicated and was very ill we are glad we got refer here. Another vet prior told us she wouldn’t make it , so we took her to Access and they helped us and she is now recovering. They do get crazy busy but they manage to not neglect you. Great Caring Doctors and Gerald , is amazing well all are . Thank you all.
This place is a rip of ! They won’t even let you be with your pet in the room. Will never go back. I prefer vca.

Great animal ER. They took my animal within minutes. Clean place, professional, knowledgable about Guinea Pigs, really great. It was a drive to get here from my area. Well worth it.

The animal care seems to be solid here. I'm happy with the service provided on the couple occasions we've needed to visit. HOWEVER, the customer service/follow up is very disappointing. Two weeks ago we brought our dog in for a seizure, they took some blood and were going to run some tests, the tech said they'd call with results in an hour (it was midnight at the time and we gave permission to call that night, not wait till morning)...No call. I called for an update the next morning and was told they'd call back...Nothing. I... read more
This is by far the best animal care facility in LA. My rescue pup, Molly, has heart problems and her cardiologist has been wonderful. Always available to answer questions, even online. I feel connected with Molly's caregiver. I hope you never need critical care for your pet, but if you do, this is the place. If you a need a cardiologist, Dr. Emily Chapel has treated my Molly and is wonderful.
