Recommended[Review for Torrance location] Great service starting from when I called to see if I could do a walk-in at 1:00am, to accommodating my special requests to help keep my kitty comfortable during the visit. On top of that, they were obviously cat lovers, very empathetic, and very experienced with what they were doing. I’m always nervous about trying new vets, but I felt very comfortable here—most importantly, so did my kitty! 10/10 would recommend to other pet owners.
Wonderful people wonderful hospital
My cat was very sick and needed to be seen by a neurologist. My vet recommended ACCESS. We rushed her over and they were waiting for us upon arrival. All staff were very nice and extremely compassionate. Especially when I had to euthanize my sweet girl. They gave me a private room and let me cry my eyes out until I was ok to drive home. It was great to have everything explained so clearly and I appreciated the check in calls I got throughout the day while they were monitoring her. The hospital is clean, and the staff is very caring and friendly. I’ve been here a handful of times, both in good spirits and as a sobbing mess and the staff has always been wonderful and accommodating. If you have a ferret, I recommend seeing Dr. Pilney! He’s extremely attentive and explains things very thoroughly, he’s the best veterinarian I’ve ever taken my ferrets to and will continue to see him.
This is a pricey place but they have the best doctors and staff!!! I would only take my beloved babies here!!
The staff is was responsive to the needs of our pet and they recognize the importance to delivering clear and concise diagnoses. Their training and background in their field is evident as they truly care about the wellness of your pet. I want especially thank cardiologist Courtney Smith for her patience and expertise as she carefully explained ways to best help our dog through her recent symptoms of congestive heart failure.
Took my Freckled puppy dog to the Access in Torrance tonight for possible esophageal tear. The staff here was wonderful and explained everything, as well as gave me an estimated price breakdown so I knew what to expect upon the completion of my visit. Will definitely be returning for all of my furry child’s needs.
One of our Poms got pretty sick on a Sunday recently, this resulted in us taking her to the ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital on 190th in Torrance. Expecting a long wait, we were blown away by the operation. Yes, there were several people there with pets needing help but the staff was quick in responding to our needs.
