Zero stars for fraudulent business practices and borderline medical negligence. The administrative staff had my mother believe that surgery was the strongly preferred option, even though (1) surgery was actually ill advised because they had already diagnosed our dog with pneumonia, making him a bad candidate for general anesthesia, and (2) the actually told me that my mom insisted on the surgery against their advice. RecommendedMy Dog Teddy, had surgery there two years ago. He had an ACL repair. Well he’s torn his ACL on the other leg and will have surgery next Thursday. Dr. Lo is fabulous explains everything to the last detail. I feel extremely comfortable going there and knowing Teddy is in good hands

The facility, the techs and the vets were very professional and kind during a very difficult time for us. I rushed my dog to them at 3:30am. I will say, the receptionists could improve their customer service skills. The pricing is insane but I can only assume the high prices reflect the facility. It’s a beautiful hospital. They did not call to check on him as Animal Medical Center DID. I would recommend this facility for life threatening night emergencies only.
they took my dog in on Sunday around noon and by 6 pm she was in emergency back surgery. She came home yesterday. the care and all the updates I got from Dr Powers was amazing! I would take any of my "fur kids" there in a heart beat.
