If I could give this place 0 stars rating, I would. I looked for a GI specialist and called to make an appointment. I met with Dr. tong which recommended doing a blood test and ultrasound for Louie. I decided to start only with the blood tests, she said results would be in within a few days. After a week no one called me back, I have called the office, and they said the results are back,but just a part of them, I talked to the dr, and she said everything was normal, and we should wait for the second part of the results. My Doctor Sent me to Access for an Ultra Sound. It came back that there was a mass in his spleen. The Vet Technicians the only ones I talked to just said that my dog needed surgery and it could be done tomorrow. There was never any mention that the Ultra Sound was to be sent back to my Doctor. I was scared because my dog was in a life threatening situation. As it turned out Access did not get to me for 5 days. We really love this hospital. Everyone there has been great, and the medical care and services the best.
Second time we have had one of our parrots there. In an emergency you rely on this place. Both times our birds received excellent care.
Very nice caring people. Nice clean facility. Wonderful ER care
