Access specialty staff's comfort me when Tiga passed away.
They take cases as fast as they can handle, but they never treat me like just a customer. They're always very personable and try to get to know you and your pet. They also have the only animal neurologist in Los Angeles. Just know that just like any emergency services, they're not cheap.
Tremendous facility. Dr. Aldridge and Dr. Zimmerman are caring, take their time to explain options and test results and are just good people. As are the entire staff. So friendly and reassuring. They are a great comfort if you have dogs with medical conditions.
