Overall experience was that his place was poor. A horrible experience for our pet and I wish we had taken him away from there earlier in the day after an overnight stay and then late afternoon appointment. The night veterinarian was good, helpful and pleasant - you don't go to an emergency hospital out of choice; efficiency in collecting payment was better. This hospital leaves no stone unturned when it comes to its ongoing efforts to provide top quality care for clients and patients alike. The Chief of Staff, Dr. Mills, is a brilliant man of great character and his compassion for animals and humans alike is unprecedented. He continually strives to staff his hospitals with doctors, techs and staff with that same sense of knowledge and integrity, but most importantly, the medicine is second to none.
I truly can't say thank you enough. Making the decision to lay our little Stinky to rest was the hardest choice to make as a family. The staff were so compassionate through out the entire process, they even offered grief consoling. It had only been two days since the heartbreak and I arrived home from a very long day to a box address to the Johnson family. My heart immediately sunk not knowing what to expect.
