RecommendedI recently brought my dog, Watson, to ACCESS South Bay from what turned out to be a stroke. He was unable to walk once we arrived at the Torrance location around 9PM. The staff was at my car with a gurney almost immediately. The overnight ER doctor, Dr. Gary Uyeno, examined Watson right away and sat with me after. They made him comfortable for the night and let me even sit with him in his run to say good night. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- Eye care -Surgeon was great, follow up care is a NIGHTMARE! The follow up office in Woodland Hills does not have a phone number! If you need to get a hold of that office you have to call Culver City, and they have no idea what is the after care protocol for your pet. They messed up my account, I had two separate accounts for the same procedure. How do you have an office full of staff following up on major surgery but no phone number?? Dr. Eatoff has a horrible bedside manner. In addition him and his staff literally create last minute policies that are not outlined anywhere in the forms signed at onset regarding needing to leave deposits for appointments. I had an appointment for my pet for THREE months and not once was I told I needed to leave a deposit. They literally called the day before my pet’s appointment telling me I needed to leave a deposit or else lose my appointment the next day. I was told this is Dr. Eatoff’s policy. This is completely absurd... read more
