Very professional & caring! Dr kong was very nice & explained everything in detail (in English vs vet talk) they wanted to perform x-rays again to make sure the bone in my dogs esophagus had not moved (best part I was not going to get charged for it since I had already paid for it the day before). Everyone was so amazing and very professional. This was my first time and Dr Smith was Great she even drew a picture for my husband and me to understand what was going on with our dog. The office was so clean and odor free. I mean so clean. The visit and the procedure was very affordable. Thank You Access Specialty Animal Hospital for making me feel so much better.:):)
Friendly and competent staff! Easy to get into the neurologist, was taken right to be seen, exceptionally great with our golden, spent time with us explaining everything. Highly recommend them!

I had a dog with Mass cancer. They were very good with my Sheba girl pup.
( Review for Torrance location ) Sent our dog for communal cremation when we paid for individual... I just can't wrap my head around this. Don't you guys double or triple check before sending a dog's corpse away ??? We had to take our dog there for emergency which ended up in euthanasia. It was our 1st visit. Team was nice and sent us a touching sympathy card afterwards. Yet someone there doesn't know their job and a million excuse won't bring my beloved dog back.
