Jeff and Ryan came time and went right to work like a well-oiled team. The saw horses went up, the tools were laid out and it was like watching an assembly line! Within 2 hours they had my new door up and running. They check for any paint scrapes, made sure the remote worked, packed up and were on their way. Be sure to ask for Jeff and Ryan when you need help with your Armstrong Garage Door!

I had to replace my garage door and called to get 2 quotes. I chose Armstrong because they actually sent someone out to assess the situation than just quoting over the phone. I want to give a shout out to Ryan and Jeff who installed my brand new garage door! Not only were they professional and courteous but they also helped me clear the space that they had to work in! And some of those those boxes and piles of leftover tile and flooring were heavy! Thanks again guys! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2022!

Our garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon, so I called Armstrong Garage Doors for help. Jeff arrived at 8am on Monday morning to fix it! I know Jeff because he's been the technician who has serviced our garage door each time since 2002! He is very professional, efficient and personable. I couldn't ask for anyone better! Called for a broken spring on Monday and scheduled repair for Tuesday at 8:15 am. Rocky called in advance and arrived promptly on time. He described what was needed, suggested some options, and completed everything in less than an hour. Initial call, service and follow up is very professional and we are very satisfied customers.

Don't use this company they are not honest with their customers. I set up an appointment to have maintenance done. I told the customer ********************** representative when I set up the appointment that I wanted my springs tightened . The technition came out and I told him the same thing .he then told me that they don't tighten springs they only replace them because it's to dangerous and they could break and torsion spring never need to be tightened.I was quoted ******for new springs with life time warranty then told I ... read more

I had their Tech out today 10/25/2021. He was very knowledgeable, and knew his stuff. I had a door opener, that I had since new 2007. It had never been touched. I new the electric panel was toast. Now that was it, but no.! Since he knew his stuff, and was not giving me the hard sell. I had him re build the springs, and some other updates.
