We were having trouble with our garage door remote and had called the company a week ago and were told to replace the battery, which we did to no avail. I called the company again and they sent Rocky out the same day. Rocky called ahead as promised, was on time and easily corrected the problem. He was very professional, kind and helpful.

Reliable , on time, lists what is needed. Does the work and stands by it. Rocky has been here twice. Is always on time or calls if he can get there earlier. Tells you what is wrong and what should be done. Plus when you call the customer service people try to get a service person out as soon as possible.
