Jeff from Armstrong Garage Door, Inc. came out for regular maintenance on our garage door. He found several hinges that were going bad and replaced them, as well as checking to see that our heavy door worked properly. Jeff was great! Very professional, competent and friendly. Also prompt in arriving in a timely manner. I have used this company in the past. They deserve a triple A+!
If there was a star rating that was indicative of sub zero, that is what I would give. My door needs to be replaced. I had a rep come out to bid the replacement, and I agreed to do an upgraded door ONLY because it was in stock and could be installed in two weeks. This is very important as I am under protective orders and in a house that cannot be secured, so time is of the essence, and they knew this. On 03/18/2022 we had to call customer to reschedule due to a Tech injury. Our Install Coordinator (******) called customer and rescheduled for 04/07/2022. On 04/07/2022 we received an email from Amarr (Supplier) stating that they did not have the order due to the plant sending the wrong order. They had sent the wrong sections to A1 Garage Door Service. Called Armstrong to replace a broken spring on my garage door. They came highly recommended from a friend, so I wasn't surprised at how helpful they were on the phone. Scheduled us for the first appointment on a Friday. John showed up right on time and did a thorough inspection of our door.
