Big shout out to Armstrong and Rocky for their prompt and professional service. Was in a bind and they were there to save our day. Door fixed in no time! Rocky corrected a couple issues that builder had incorrectly installed door. Strongly recommend their services.
Our tech was Rocky. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He installed our opener in about an hour. He checked to make sure everything was working before leaving. He gave me instructions on operation of the opener. I feel he went above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely call for him again. Great asset to your company and a definite keeper. I received a coupon for a garage door tuneup. ****** could not answer my questions as to what it covered. ****** serviced the door. He presented me the **** and there was a twenty five dollar trip charge. I was not told there would be this charge and it was not on the coupon. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This practice is fraud. I told him i would not use this company again and he said a lot of people were saying that lately.

Our Area Manager called customer at ******* to follow up with customer regarding customers concern about the $25 trip charge. The Area Manager refunded the customer the same day we talked to customer.

Terrible company! A1 replaced my garage door in December 2019. Since then (today is 3/13/22), Ive had to call them 6 times to come back and fix many different items including springs, rails, etc. The service they provide is terrible and at this point, I believe their company motto is to leave certain items out of spec so they can continue to get called and **** for additional labor or ridiculously marked up parts.SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT BY GOING TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!To top it off, every person I speak with in th... read more
I had to pay in full - They first told me 6 months ended up being 9 months to get the door. When it arrived it was the wrong one installed. This company is horrible. They said if I cancel - they keep my deposit. I am at their mercy. Now Im waiting for gif knows how long for the correct door.

As of 3/15/22 **** (Door Procurement Manager) called customer and keep her in the loop on waiting for ETA and he would escalate the block crack that was caused during installation of door and will escalate to Install Manager. I've also sent an email to ***** (install Manager) and **** making sure this doesn't fall through the cracks. We completed a site check on 3/17/22 regarding the crack in her brick.
John came on time, explained what he was going to do and did it. I've used Armstrong for over 10 years and highly recommend. John is excellent.
Call Armstrong! Our garage door got stuck on one side as I tried to close it. I made a call, and Rocky was at our home in 45 minutes. We bought this house about 4 years ago and knew at the time that our days were numbered when it came to the garage door opener, and I'm surprised we made it this long, but we just haven't been ready for the expense of a whole new system. I was amazed by the service I received from Armstrong. I called Armstrong to ask for a repair on a broken hinge and about 45 minutes later Ryan showed up. He quickly repaired the hinge and on inspection noticed that I had a broken spring that I was unaware of. If he hadn't noticed it I might have had major problems in the future. He quickly replaced the spring and repaired any loose hinges. A fantastic job by Ryan.
