I called this morning and by 1pm Rocky had come to the house and serviced our garage door. Now it runs very smooth and quiet, as if it was brand new. He pointed out the parts that should be replaced the those that did not which made any decision I might have made automatic. The work was done faster than I would have thought. I am so glad I called the Armstrong company and got Rocky for repairs.

I had a very noisy garage door. I know they worked very hardcharging me for what I call updates. Needless to say, the garage door still makes noise. The remark was made that it sounds better than it was. I am an old woman and somehow I feel taken.

The cables on my garage door snapped. It was on a Sunday. I called and there happened to be someone there, who was able to give me an appointment the next day for someone to come out and check it out. I decided to get a new door instead of fixing the old one. That was a Monday and they gave me an appointment for Thursday at 8:00 am and they were here at 8:15 am. It took them 2 hours and I love my new door. Jeff and Carlos did a great job. I have been using Armstrong Garage Doors for years whenever I needed repairs.

Our garage springs broke. We called A1. They seemed really nice until we got the price tag. We paid over $1,500 for springs and talked into new bearings, cables. etc. Now my garage opens worse. Nothing like getting screwed on price and service!

Rocky was awesome! Came out yesterday to fix a broken spring. Called ahead as promised, arrived a few min earlier than planned. I appreciate the promptness. Then he explained we had a part that would probably break within the next year so we went ahead and got a new opener. He even stayed a little late to take care of it. Thanks Rocky for fixing us up!!

John did a great job replacing the switch on my garage door opener. In addition, he brought to my attention that the garage door rollers should be replaced every 2 - 5 years and that mine were at the 5 year mark. The door is much smoother and quieter since he replaced the rollers. What a difference! John was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff came out yesterday after my call for service, arrived on time and made repair and door service quickly and did a great job as usual. Armstrong has been my choice for garage door repair for over 20 years. Thanks for being there for so long and the work you do.
