Armstrong answered their phone on the first call. We were not in a hurry, but they scheduled a technician for the following business day. Rocky called before the appointment and arrived on time. He was polite and professional. Our house was built in 1995 so the garage door needed some attention. Rocky fixed wiring issues and replaced rollers which makes the door less noisy. Affordable and quick service.

I had to get a new garage door opener and have been using Armstrong for a few years. Rocky was great he was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain how they work and made sure everything was completed and done correctly. I would recommend Armstrong and Rocky

I called Armstrong at 7:00 in my morning because the gear of my garage door broke and they had a technician to my house to repair it in just a few short hours which met our needs perfectly. The technician was Jeff and he did a fantastic job! He called to let me know he was on the way and actually arrived early. Jeff was very professional, friendly and an expert at his craft. The service they provide is flawless, but their pricing is very much inflated, when I called them to inquire about broke torsion springs, they refused to give me a price quote over the phone, the technician showed up on time and proceeded to give me the options for the springs, he told me the springs I needed were priced at $475.00 plus labor of $135, I was in a hurry to get this done so begrudgingly I accepted the quote. when he took apart the mechanism it was discovered the bearings on the spring shaft were frozen and need... read more
