Jeff **** did a great job fixing our garage door opener.
Caution! $$$I asked for a ballpark price over the phone and they said a technician would have to come out and assess the job first before quoting a price. The service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I was quoted a $936 to replace two torsion springs with a lifetime warranty and a reinforcement bracket, but was told it might be more if they find any problems with any of the other mechanical parts. Do yourself a favor and get a 2nd quote. I didn't and it cost me 4 times what it should have to replace my garage door springs. When they quoted the replacement cost for the repair it seemed very high. But, with the current Covid19 supply problems I assumed they were competitive with the other garage door companies. To my regret I was very wrong. It's my own fault for approving the work before getting a 2nd quote.
In late August 2021 we lost the use of our garage door. it was at least 20 years old. After two decades of use and surviving all the hurricanes that have come through Orlando in those years, the door basically came apart at the top where it was physically connected to our garage door opener.
